Kudos to our Stratford Mandarin language program students who have taken home multiple achievements in recent competitions! In the first year of adding our Mandarin specialty language programs, our Stratford Prep Blackford and Stratford Palo Alto students have demonstrated their passion and dedication to the Chinese language and culture as they put in hard work and extra effort to compete in national Chinese competitions.

In total, nine award-winning projects were submitted by individuals or teams for the Chinese Expo Student Works competition, five winning projects were submitted for the annual CLASS Inaugural National Chinese Talent Contest, and three winning entries were submitted to the 2023 Picture Book Reading Contest. A student’s work from the 47th Chinese Mandarin Speech Contest was also featured in the prestigious CLTAC (The Chinese Language Teachers Association of California) newsletter!

We are incredibly proud of what our Stratford Mandarin language program students have accomplished and are honored to be able to recognize such high achievements from our students!
