Stratford Preparatory Blackford Admission Dates for 2025-2026 School Year

Re-enrollment Key Dates (Stratford Grade 8 Students Only)

Admissions for the Stratford Preparatory Blackford High School program is a selective process. However, current Stratford Middle School Grade 8 students may re-enroll into Grade 9 from November 1 through November 30 via Stratford Connect.

• November 1, 2024: Re-enrollment opens for current Stratford Grade 8 students via Stratford Connect. Enrollment contracts are sent on a rolling basis.
• November 30, 2024: Deadline to submit re-enrollment and $2,500 non-refundable tuition deposit for current Grade 8 Stratford Middle School students.

IMPORTANT: For Stratford families who choose to re-enroll after the November 30 deadline, students may participate in the standard high school application process (see below) for Stratford Preparatory Blackford through Ravenna with an application deadline of January 17, 2025. Students participating in the regular admissions process are not guaranteed acceptance and will receive an admissions decision on Friday, March 14, 2025.

Regular Admissions Key Dates

• September 1, 2024: Ravenna opens to create an account, register for events, and submit an application – for current Stratford and non-Stratford students.
• January 17, 2025: Deadline to apply for Regular Admission
• March 14, 2025: Decision notifications released via Ravenna

Once you have an account, you will be able to register for events, apply and track your progress toward application completion, and receive notifications from Stratford Preparatory Blackford. • General Information Sessions (Virtual) – Designed for all interested families, our founding team will introduce you to Stratford Preparatory Blackford’s extensive four-year curriculum, athletic and co-curricular opportunities, college counseling services, and the admissions process.
• Open House – Families may tour the campus, meet teachers, attend presentations from department heads, learn about the robust college counseling program, and explore extracurricular activities and athletics.
• Campus Tours – We encourage families to schedule a campus tour and attend our events to learn more about Stratford Preparatory Blackford.
