School Leadership

Sheri has worked as an educator, researcher, administrator, and counselor in the Bay Area for nearly two decades. Most recently, Sheri was the Membership and Outreach Specialist at the Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco where she oversaw community engagement projects and supported recruitment and retention for all fourteen Clubs and Camp Mendocino. Sheri is passionate about helping students explore and discover their interests and enjoys working collaboratively with families to find the best fit school environments for each individual student.
Sheri holds a Bachelor’s in Creative Writing from San Francisco State University as well as a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from the University of San Francisco’s School of Education.
College Counselor
Shayna Robledo has over eight years of experience in academic and college counseling. A passionate and impact-driven professional, she loves helping students and their families understand and master the application process to find each student’s unique college fit. With excellent communication skills, relationship-building skills, and a strong understanding of the college application process, she is dedicated to helping students navigate their educational journey and achieve their dreams.
Shayna’s student-first approach provides comprehensive college counseling services, offers encouragement, keeps students on top of deadlines, and answers all questions, whether critical or minor. Outside the office, she’s likely brushing up on the latest in college counseling or enjoying a community workshop. In her free time, Shayna enjoys spending time with her family and playing field hockey.
Office Administrator
Alpha Rosas has been an integral part of Stratford Preparatory since its inception in 2021 and has been serving in her current role as Office Administrator since 2022. She has gained extensive knowledge and experience while working at Stratford Preparatory and truly enjoys supporting the students, parents, staff, and exceptional leadership team. She is dedicated to earning the trust of Stratford families whenever they visit the office. Alpha enjoys listening to audiobooks and music outside of work and cherishes time spent with her cat, friends, and family.
School Counselor
Kristen Saham has been with Stratford for over eighteen years. Throughout those years, she has worked in various parts of Stratford, such as an Extended Day teacher, teacher for PK-2G, Vice Principal, Director, and Principal. In August of 2023, she stepped into her new role, a new role for Stratford, as the San Francisco Regional School Counselor, where she supported students at four locations throughout the 2023-2024 school year.
Kristen is an enthusiastic champion of holistic education. She firmly believes that it goes beyond just knowledge transfer and encompasses nurturing of students’ emotional, relational, and personal development. With unwavering dedication, she’s committed to both the well-being and academic achievements of our students.
With a Master’s in Psychology, Kristen is a strong advocate for mental health, recognizing that emotional stability is essential for effective learning and growth. Her collaborative approach with all stakeholders is poised to leave a lasting, positive impact on the lives of Stratford students, filling their educational journey with joy and purpose.
Director of Enrichment and Summer Programs
Rachel Shanley, a leader in admissions and student life at the middle and high school levels, has been with Stratford Schools since 2021. Her leadership journey began as a member of Stratford’s first high school’s founding team as Director of Admissions, and she now holds the position of Director of Enrichment and Summer Programs for Stratford Preparatory. In this role, Rachel oversees all middle and high school clubs, manages the summer camp program, and serves as the high school Student Council and Key Club faculty advisor. Her influence is felt in every aspect of Student Life, especially when she chaperones trips to the competitive clubs’ conferences and witnesses the hard work of Stratford students come to fruition when they compete and win awards!
Prior to joining Stratford Schools, Rachel held operations, admissions, and student life roles at Notre Dame High School in Belmont, CA. She has a B.A. in Political Science, an M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University, and a Doctor of Education from the University of New England.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and her dog Yoshi and spends ample time training with her powerlifting and CrossFit community.
Dean of Students
Khloe has dedicated her career towards advocating for students’ well-being. She has worked in education for over 10 years and joined the Stratford family in 2018. With a Bachelor’s degree in secondary education and experience working in various educational institutions, she has developed an understanding of the importance of creating student safety alongside student joy. While she was a Language Arts teacher, she simultaneously worked for a STEM and innovation learning company, Galileo Learning, for almost 10 years. During her time there, she directed large teams of staff and thousands of learners to feel supported while they engaged in a project-based curriculum. Khloe is committed to enhancing student life with events and initiatives that promote a positive student environment. Her passion for helping students live achieving and fulfilling lives has led her to excitedly take on this role as Dean of Students.
Head of Operations
Originally from the Philippines, Kat earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She lived in Korea and Spain for over a decade, working for the Department of Defense Dependent Schools. She joined the Spring Education Group as the Director of Academic Programs for BASIS Independent Silicon Valley (BISV) in 2019. In this position, she and her team served as the gatekeepers of the curriculum and coordinated all AP exams and other school-wide assessments. Her leadership and agility in pursuing academic excellence paved the way for other leadership roles at BISV, including Associate Head of School and, most recently, Head of Operations for both the Upper and Lower campuses. Kat is excited to join the Stratford family and collaborate with teachers, empowering students to recognize their worth and discover their passions and purpose.
