Ashley Lee has been a part of the Stratford family for more than a decade. Before taking on her current role as Principal of Stratford’s Milpitas Beresford Square campus, she served as the Director of Early Childhood Education at Stratford’s Washington Park campus. Ashley is passionate about education and has taught preschool, pre-kindergarten, and kindergarten, and served as a mentor teacher for the Early Childhood Education program.

Ashley is thrilled to be a part of the Milpitas community! Her love for children and building partnerships with families continues to fuel her passion for education.

Jennifer Barcelos

Assistant Principal

Jennifer Dutra has been part of the Stratford family for the past 8 years. Before taking on her Assistant Principal role here at our Milpitas Beresford Square campus, her journey started in the classroom as a Preschool/Pre-Kindergarten teacher. Her background in teaching for a couple of years with Stratford led her to a wonderful teacher mentoring position, as well as Extended Day Lead. Jennifer is passionate about building and making connections with the children and their families.

Rashmi Nair

Director of Admissions

Rashmi has been part of the Stratford family for a few years now. Before taking up the role of Director of Admissions, she taught Preschool, Pre Kindergarten, and Kindergarten and also served as a Mentor teacher for the Preschool and Pre Kindergarten program. She has also taken the lead during the Professional Development of the staff doing Safety and Music training with the teachers.

Rashmi loves each day spent with amazing, dedicated, and inspiring peers working towards the betterment of the student community.
