Unless the family formally opts out, they agree to permit Stratford School to use, in whole or in part, photographs, videos, written extractions, and voice/performance recordings of the student for educational, promotional, and/or athletic purposes in Stratford School’s publications, press releases, videos, and Website with or without identifying the student by name.
Highlighting student participation and achievement is often best accomplished when a student is named. Unless a Parent(s) specifically requests otherwise, they permit Stratford School to selectively identify the student (first name only, typically) and/or the student’s city of residence when highlighting participation and achievement in Stratford’s publications, press releases, videos, website, and social media outreach.
