With a degree in Computer Engineering and a background as a software engineer, Nick Maramba began his teaching career by volunteering in homeless and domestic shelters. Finding a passion for educating young minds, Nick joined Stratford School in 2006 with a mission to motivate and inspire students to become lifelong learners.
After years of teaching elementary and middle school students, Nick’s dedication to student success drove him from classroom instruction to administration. As the Director of Upper School for Stratford Fremont Osgood, he champions student-centered learning, empowers his faculty, and fosters strong parent partnerships. In his new role as Head of School, Nick envisions leading an expanded team to cultivate a school culture where trust, collaboration, engagement, and continuous improvement thrive.

Sheena Vasudevan has been an integral part of the Stratford School community for the past 13 years. Throughout her journey at Stratford, Sheena has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to our students and their educational growth. She has also embraced diverse roles such as Campus Mentor, Grade-Level Chair, and Summer Camp Coordinator.
She believes that by fostering an inclusive environment of belonging and creating a safe space for students, we can empower our future generation to take risks, explore their passions, and develop their unique strengths.

Eka Lianawati has been in the field of education for the past 18 years, the last 9 years have been with Stratford School. She started as a floater teacher then a preschool and pre-kindergarten teacher. She has held positions as a Resource Teacher and as an Interim Director for the Early Childhood team at the Fremont Osgood campus.
One of Eka’s outstanding qualities is her love for reading and storytelling. She firmly believes in the power of literature to inspire young minds and foster a love for learning. Additionally, her collaborative nature and dedication to creating an inclusive environment ensure that each child feels valued and supported.
