Ramyaa Venkatesh

Head of School

Ramyaa Venkatesh serves as Head of School for both Stratford Washington Park and De Anza Park campuses. With more than 20 years of experience in the field of education, 15 of those with Stratford School, Ramyaa is dedicated to providing an enriched educational experience for her students and families.

Shruthi Sunder

Director of Lower School Education

Shruthi began her journey in education at the Sunnyvale De Anza campus, where she taught Preschool, Kindergarten, and Third Grade and also served as a member of the Preschool Curriculum Design Team for our Online Academy, as a Resource Teacher for Preschool, and as an Elementary Campus Mentor. Shruthi also has ten years of prior Banking and Finance experience and holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce with a specialization in International Business Operations. Shruthi is deeply committed to creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that fosters a love for learning, empowers students to reach their full potential, and prepares them to contribute positively to society. She also believes in establishing strong relationships with parents, teachers, and staff. Her ultimate goal is to ensure that each student feels valued, supported, and inspired to flourish.

Debbie Hogue

Director of Early Childhood Education

Debbie Hogue has over 30 years of experience in education. She is currently the Director of Early Childhood Education at Stratford’s Washington Park campus. Debbie’s career began as a teacher’s aide, progressing through roles as a lead teacher, Assistant Director, Assistant Principal, and Area Director. Her educational background includes child development and business management. Passionate about education, Debbie is dedicated to its impact on every child. She feels honored and blessed to be a part of the Stratford family, serving in a role close to her heart.
