Erin Blake

Elementary Principal, 1st-5th grades

“Children thrive when they are cared for and feel secure.”

As the Elementary Principal, Erin brings twelve years of experience and leadership skills gained at Stratford School to this role. In addition to being a beloved elementary school teacher, Erin has six years of experience as a Lower School Mentor Teacher, was a member of the Summer Academic Bridge Camp curriculum design team, and most recently served as an Assistant Director. Erin takes pride in knowing each student’s unique strengths and aspires to guide students along his or her individual path. She believes children thrive when they feel secure and cared for.

Debbie Hogue

Assistant Principal, Preschool - 5th grade

Debbie Hogue has over 30 years of experience in the education field. Before taking on her current role as the Assistant Principal at Stratford’s San Jose campus, Debbie worked at all levels within the field, with humble beginnings as a teacher’s aide, lead teacher, Assistant Director, Director, and Area Director.

Debbie is very passionate about Education and is fully committed to the importance and the impact on every child. She counts it a true honor to be a part of the Stratford family and feels very blessed to serve in a way that is so close to her heart.

Brandie Gonzales

Director of Admissions

Brandie has been in the field of education for over 20 years. She joined Stratford School Los Gatos in 2006 and taught Preschool and Pre-kindergarten there and at the San Jose campus for several years before moving into Admissions.

Brandie is passionate about building and making connections with the children and their families. She strives to create a welcoming and seamless admission experience, during which families feel supported and cared for.

Angela Manosca

Principal, Preschool to Kindergarten

Angela Manosca is an experienced educator with a rich background in the field of education spanning over two decades. She currently holds the position of Principal at Stratford School’s San Jose campus. Prior to her role as Principal, Angela served as the Vice Principal at Los Gatos.

Angela’s early teaching experience includes working with preschool and pre-kindergarten students, where she had the privilege of fostering young minds during their crucial developmental years. Her dedication and passion for education are further evident in her role as a mentor teacher for the preschool and pre-kindergarten program. Through mentoring, Angela played a pivotal role in guiding and shaping the teaching practices of fellow educators, thereby positively influencing the early childhood education landscape.

Angela values the opportunity to work closely with students, families, and the dedicated faculty at Stratford School. Her collaborative approach to education underscores her belief in the collective effort required to provide students with a well-rounded and impactful learning experience. Angela’s extensive background and unwavering dedication make her a key figure in the educational community, contributing to the growth and development of both students and fellow educators.
